Preparation method:-
Step 1 : Crush the edible gum/resin/gondh into small pieces(do not reduce it to a powdered form).
Step 2 : Pour ghee into a vessel, sufficient enough to fry the edible gum/gondh. Fry it, till it becomes slightly dark brown in color. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
Step 3 : Cut all dry fruits into small pieces and fry it separately in a little amount of ghee. Alternately, you can use the whole dry fruits, fry it in ghee and then grind it to a powdered form. Usually, for lactating women, the powdered form is preferred for it is easy to digest. Grapes shouldn't be fried. Dry dates must first be crushed with a mortar and pestle and then fried.
