Healthy Almond Dates Walnut Shake

Dates Almond walnut milk shake is a tasty and healthy form of milk shake. It is a calorie rich shake that can be consumed after workout to provide you with instant energy. The Almonds, dates and walnuts meets with most of the nutritional intake required for the body.

Ingredients required :-

1. Almonds - 4-5 pieces
2. Dates - 3-4 pieces
3. Milk - 200ml / 1 glass
4. Walnuts(optional) - 2 pieces

(Read : Amla infused buttermilk)

Preparation method :


Step 1 : Pour some 100ml milk in the mixie jar.

Step 2 : Add the dates, almonds and walnut to the jar and grind it to a paste like consistency.

Step 3 : Add the remaining milk to the mixie jar and grind it again to get a shake like consistency.
